My husband and I were looking for retirement property in the Midway, Utah area. We relied on Chad for his advice since we are currently living in Memphis, Tennessee. He spent several days with me when I visited Utah, showing me close to sixty properties (we were only interested in land to later build a home on). During the negotiation process and due diligence process, Chad answered countless emails and texts from us. In the end, we bought the property and look forward to spending …

Jeff Camp’s associate Tim Whetsel with High Country Properties quickly responded to my inquiries, set up viewings, and arranged multiple visits to the lot we purchased as part of our due diligence process. He was extremely patient and helpful with our decision making process. The lots we looked at were in an area where there’s no cell reception. This required special attention on Tim’s part to schedule visits, meetings with contractors, and to provided access to the lot (gated HOA).…

Tim Whetzel did an outstanding job for us and would use him again. He was very knowledgable and was not high pressure which can be a turnoff. His follow up and assistance was as good as we have experienced in our purchase of many home.

From start to finish, the HCP team and my agent Gene Morello were excellent across the board. Gene and I spoke initially about the exact type of property I was looking for and he kept me in the loop immediately whenever something came his way that sounded promising. In a hot RE market like Park City, it is crucial to have a team working for you to find the perfect property before someone else gets to it before you have the opportunity to purchase.

My property consisted of an undeveloped 1.5 acre lot outside a small town (Kamas) in the mountains near Park City, Utah. Jeff Camp of the High Country Properties team got my property listed quickly & for a reasonable price. The HCP team found a qualified buyer within two weeks.

mhuscroft4Exceptional service and very knowledgable of the area. I would very much use their services again in the future. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend High Country to anyone looking to purchase in Wasatch County. I am very happy.

Tim Whetsel with the HCP Team helped me find a great property at the right price. His knowledge of Summit County was extensive and extremely helpful. When the financing started to fall apart because of the unique location, Tim was right there to make sure I had all the resources I needed to set things straight again.

High Country Properties keeps you informed on other properties that come up for sell in your area so you can at least compare your property to others. They also let you know when other real estate agents show your property and give you feedback from prospective buyers

We bought a cabin in Oakley, UT. We worked with Tim Whetsel who was extremely knowledgable about the nuances of purchasing a cabin versus a traditional home. His knowledge and experience was key. I would highly recommend HCP and Tim to anyone looking to purchase real estate, particularly cabins or property in the Kamas, Oakley or the Uinta mountain area.

We actually worked with Tim, one of Jeff’s agents. Tim was professional and found us exactly want we were looking for (a cabin close to Smith and Morehouse). Jeff did have to get involved at our closing because one of the owners in the family trust was reluctant the sign the closing paperwork. Jeff came down from Park City and reassured the gentleman and he signed.
