Working for you to find your mountain home
Bob grew up in Idaho and developed his love of all things mountain there. He graduated from the University of Utah in 1988 and soon found his way to Park City and the “life”. He worked in the food and beverage industry to support his skiing, biking and golfing habit and managed several Main St. bars and restaurants. Long time locals will remember the night he brought Jefferson Starship to Main St. at the legendary Black Pearl (now 350 Main), and he fondly recalls the night The Supremes had an impromptu jam session with his favorite reggae band. Hurricane Katrina gave him the opportunity to help the affected in New Orleans and put his background in Microsoft systems administration to work in Florida as a contract insurance adjuster for Allstate. Returning to the West he entered the oil and gas industry as a specialist in title research and due diligence projects and most recently worked on the Uinta Express Pipeline project. As part of that project he obtained his real estate license, and has found a way to merge all of his passions and talents with his love of Park City, and to share all that the “life” has to offer at High Country Properties.
Great follow-up-answers our questions quickly and makes time for us as clients. Provides us with complete listings and comparisons, updating us frequently. Great service all the way around.
Jeff patiently helped us look for a few years for a home in Park City, and helped us even define what we were looking for. The fact that he has been active in real estate in the area for many years showed. We would strongly recommend Jeff.
Tim Whetsel with the HCP Team helped me find a great property at the right price. His knowledge of Summit County was extensive and extremely helpful. When the financing started to fall apart because of the unique location, Tim was right there to make sure I had all the resources I needed to set things straight again.
My property consisted of an undeveloped 1.5 acre lot outside a small town (Kamas) in the mountains near Park City, Utah. Jeff Camp of the High Country Properties team got my property listed quickly & for a reasonable price. The HCP team found a qualified buyer within two weeks.
Jeff and his team have helped me with 2 purchases and 1 sale. I have found them to be very professional and responsive. I highly recommend them. I’ve worked with both Jeff and Tim. They are very knowledgeable about the area.
Out of the five different realtors that I have used over the years in the selling and purchasing of home, Tim has provided me with the best experience to date. His knowledge of the niche market we were interested in was extensive. He listed carefully to our price range, goals behind the potential purchase then used this information to be efficient in the process. His expertise in understanding the challenges of financing in this unique market, willingness to offer advice, arrange fo…

Jeff and his staff not only made our deadline in which we wanted to sell our beautiful wooded lot located in Canyon Rim Ranches. They made the transaction very easy for us. Thanks to all at High Country Properties
I have known Jeff Camp as a qualified and helpful realtor for decades, since my parents first built a cabin in Snake Creek (near Midway, Utah), and my husband and I thought about doing the same. He has had more experience than anyone else I know in serving the mountain areas of Wasatch and Summit Counties in Utah. When I found a lot I wanted to purchase in Aspen Mountain, Jeff Camp’s Business was the first and only one I contacted. A contract was made and details quickly handled so …
Jeff Camp’s associate Tim Whetsel with High Country Properties quickly responded to my inquiries, set up viewings, and arranged multiple visits to the lot we purchased as part of our due diligence process. He was extremely patient and helpful with our decision making process. The lots we looked at were in an area where there’s no cell reception. This required special attention on Tim’s part to schedule visits, meetings with contractors, and to provided access to the lot (gated HOA).…
